The entire Cross Country Season, Dylan would circle back on runs to make sure the slower runners were motivated, cheered on, and did not have to run alone. This hits all four HHH's.

  • Kindness because he cheered on everyone!
  • Safety because he made sure even our slowest runner had a running buddy.
  • Respectful because he never said "you are too slow," instead, he would say "you can do it!"
  • Responsible because he was watching out for our runners who needed more care, and he was there for that responsibility.

Great Job, Dylan! We will miss you when you are in high school. - Mr. McFadden
