Programs/Clubs

Here at Hawthorne Middle School we have multiple after school and before school opportunities for our learners. We have clubs covering multiple interests as well as special tutoring sessions for all learners who need extra help with homework or subject materials. Learners who wish to participate in any of clubs we have are highly encouraged to purchase an activity card. Activity cards can be purchased at the school for $15. As the busses do not run after the clubs and tutoring sessions are complete, learners must arrange their own transportation home when the club or tutoring session is over. Attendance will be taken during each session and permission slips will be sent home for participation permission for all clubs. We welcome all learners to participate in these special after-school activities! All clubs will start on the 2nd full week of school (beginning on September 6th). Club Times also serve as tutoring times.

Please note: All Club times are also available as tutoring sessions for learners who need a little extra help and are signed up for that club. All a student would need to do is let their club advisor know that they will be using the time for tutoring/study hall.
